the formula 1 car they sponsor (McLaren) is called silver arrow.
On every mercedes there is a star..

I'm guessing here that it was during WW2 when Dodge built the "General Purpose" vehicle for the Army that was shortened to "GP", pronounced "Jeep", which later became the official name.
Some mornings, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps

ok are we talking AWD or 4X4? even though they do the same thing the auto industry makes a distinction between the two. if we are talking 4X4 then i would say the jeep also.

There was a truck/wagon type thing back in the early 1900s. 1906 or 7 or so. it was made by a European company/ man, think one of the guys that later started Mercedes, Daimler or something like that.

but i cant believe thats the answer.

these questions are open to interpretation too much due to the people writing them not having all the facts or what ever. :shrug:

Subaru Leone came out in 1971 and was AWD, well most were. the Leone is the first version of the Legacy/Outback made today
