 I cant tell what episode that is. I don't know if Damar is Gull, Leggit, or whatever.

:hmm: Since he looks depressed in this pic, i'll guess that this is a picture of Leggit Damar, in late season 6.

Is that a Bajoran i see over his sholder, or a Vorta?

It's Damar indeed. The episode is Favor the Bold, if I remember correctly. I'm pretty sure that's a Bajoran behind him.

That looks the Bahrial from the parallel universe. (Considering that Narese is pointing a gun at him)

This was the only appearance by this this Vorta. No other DS9 characters, clones in this case, used this face.

I don't remember the name. This was a 'first contact' with the actual Dominion. The Vorta above helped Sisko & Quark escape from the Jem Hadar, and make it back to the station (DS9). Eventually they discover that their escape was staged by the Dominion itself.

Very close. I'll wait 'till the blizzard tonight to reveal the name and determine if a star should be awarded.

The blizzard is upon the New York area... and you've gotten it correct!

Remember, "I am Tosk." Not a Tosk, or Mr. Tosk, just Tosk.

It was. But I remember well that episode with the settlers being evicted from their planet, and the way Picard and Data made them stick to the exact terms of the treaty. Good episode

Name this character:

I don't expect anyone to remember his name, but describe the narrative. This is kind of a timely post, which is why the character is more obscure.

The race is the Scree.

:hmm: His name is a real tough one. He was one of two husbands of the Scree leader, who was rescued after accidentally discovering the wormhole close to Deep Space Nine.

 Is that Boner? (http://www.walterkoenigsite.com/)

A Holographic character from Star Trek The Next Generation. He was a salesman for a weapons manufacturer of an extinct world.

 Did he have a name?

It is indeed the holographic salesman from the episode "The Arsenal of Freedom".

From my research, he apparently doesn't have a name (that we, TV watchers know, anyway).

Not my favorite episode, btw.

Vincent Schiavelli (Cukoo's Nest, Ghost, etc.) played him. I agree - not TNG's best episode.

Vincent Schiavelli is a great character actor, though. I remember him from "Amadeus" as well. Apparently he died about five years ago.
